How Priszim Uses AI

This page is meant to actually be read, so we're keeping it plain. Here's the honest picture of what the AI in Priszim does, what it doesn't do, and how to use it well.
What the AI does
Priszim's AI assistant answers questions grounded in your data: your actual account balances, transactions, and budgets, on both sides of the border. Ask it what you spent on restaurants last month, whether a transfer would leave you tight, or what changed since your last check-in, and it answers from your real numbers, not generic advice.
What it is not
Priszim's AI assistant is not a financial advisor, an investment advisor, a tax professional, or a fiduciary. Nothing it says creates an advisory relationship between you and Priszim. Priszim is built to prepare you for the conversations you have with the professionals in your life (an accountant, a financial advisor, a lawyer), not to replace them. If the AI mentions something with tax or compliance implications, it's framing that as something worth raising with your professional, never as a determination of what you owe or must file.
AI can be wrong
Language models make mistakes. They can misread a number, miscategorize a transaction, or state something with more confidence than it deserves. Verify anything you intend to act on, and never make a big financial decision purely on an AI answer you haven't double-checked against your own accounts. The bigger the decision, the more that verification matters.
What the AI sees
The AI assistant sees the financial context needed to answer your question, but before any request leaves our servers, we scrub the structured identifiers we can reliably detect, like account numbers and other sensitive identifiers, as a protective layer. Your control
You can delete individual conversations, or delete everything (your whole account and all its data) at any time from within the app.
