Priszim Refund Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Try before you buy
Every Priszim subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. That's the point where "try before you buy" lives. If Priszim isn't for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything at all.
Billing runs through Apple
Priszim subscriptions ($12.99/month or $99.99/year) are sold exclusively through the Apple App Store as an in-app purchase. Apple, not Priszim, is the merchant of record: your payment method and billing history live with Apple, not with us.
How to request a refund
Because Apple handles billing, Apple also handles refunds. To request one:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you subscribed with, or
- On your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Priszim, and follow Apple's prompts.
Priszim can't directly issue a refund for an App Store purchase; that decision is Apple's, made under Apple's own refund policy.
Cancellation is not the same as a refund
Canceling your subscription stops future billing, but it doesn't retroactively refund what you've already paid. When you cancel, you keep full access to Priszim through the end of the period you've already paid for; you're just not charged again after that.
Annual plan
If you're on the $99.99/year plan and want a refund for an unused portion, that request also goes through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides these on a case-by-case basis under its own policy.
If something's actually broken
If a bug or an outage on our end kept you from using Priszim, that's on us. Email support@priszim.com and we'll help make it right, including helping you through the Apple refund process if that's the right outcome.
